Daenerys Targaryen | Game of Thrones | 2013

About: I’d wanted to cosplay The Mother of Dragons since Game of Thrones debuted – the trouble was deciding which of her phenomenal outfits to craft! I landed on Daenery’s pink Qarth dress as it included some fun leatherworking elements to it. I finished the costume for Anna Fischer’s Wild Places photo series, shot in Albuquerque New Mexico. As part of the trip we were able to meet George R.R. Martin and show our costumes off firsthand, which was a once-in-a-lifetime experience!
