Patience | The Magdalena | 2009

About: For a long stretch of time my cosplay roster was almost exclusively Top Cow characters, including the enigmatic Patience from their series The Magdalena. I was drawn to her ornate design and characterization; being torn between tradition and modernity through the lens of the church. I wore Patience  SDCC in 2009 and fine-tuned a version 2.0 version for Katsucon in 2012, where we shot a beautiful array of photos in the church-like interior.
